“Baking isn’t just a skill — it’s my passion, my joy, and my love language.” With over 10 years of experience in artisan baking and patisserie, Chef Nina Kapoor brings creativity and craftsmanship to every dessert. A graduate of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, she specializes in European-style cakes, rich brownies, delicate pastries, and custom designer bakes.

“In every crumb lies a story — and I love baking it fresh every day.” With a deep passion for flavor pairing and dessert innovation, Chef Aarav Mehta is the creative force behind many of Nina’s Bakery’s most loved signature items. Trained at the Institute of Baking and Cake Art, Bangalore, Chef Aarav has worked with boutique bakeries across India and Europe.
